Orders
We will aim to fulfill our customer's requirements at all times. However, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All prices are inclusive of GST at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you. GST and delivery are shown on the check out page. You may cancel an order once it has been submitted, but before dispatch.No dispatched orders will be cancelled.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card and Bankcard but most preferred is PayPal
,Cheque,Money order or direct deposit to our account. Payments will be debited and cleared from your account at the time that your order is accepted by Bozzo. Payment by credit/debit card can only be made by the customer's own card. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorize payment to Bozzo, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion and are not required to give reasons for such refusal. All orders paid by credit card will attract a fee of 1.9% of the invoice value as a processing fee.
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANONYMOUS EMAIL ADRESSES SUCH AS @HOTMAIL,@ YAHOO ETC. NO ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE DELIVERED TO A POST OFFICE BOX BUT MUST BE DESPATCHED TO THE ADDRESS OF THE CARDHOLDER.
Debit of your Credit Card
Your Credit Card will be debited immediately upon your order being placed with Bozzo. The amount debited will include the cost of the product as well as GST and delivery charges. Your Credit Card bill will identify that the payment has been made to bozzo.com.au Pty Ltd.
Eligibility to Purchase by Credit Card
The purchase of merchandise is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on the Site under Australian law. The Site is available only to individuals who meet the terms of eligibility, and who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank or financial institution acceptable to Bozzo. Applicants placing an order authorise Bozzo to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise that they purchase and a 1.9% processing fee.
Pricing Policy
All prices quoted are for new goods that I have purchased direct from manufacturers or suppliers. All prices include GST .and shipping / handling will be calculated at the checkout. There are extras - the price listed is the price you pay plus delivery charges and where applicable credit card processing fees. The nature of our industry means that prices may vary between the time of publishing and the time you order. I personally guarantee that if my selling price changes by the time I receive your order then I will contact you and request your advice before the order is processed. If the prices drop, then I will process your order at the lower price.
